I’ve spent much of my career working in an increasingly digital world, and now we’re entering another shift as AI changes the way we create and consume content.
Perhaps that’s why I’ve come to appreciate real, tangible, human-made things more than ever.
When so much of what we read and see can be generated instantly, there’s something reassuring about a publication that has been thoughtfully written, edited, designed and printed by people.
A magazine you can pick up. A book you can hold. Something that exists in the real world, rather than disappearing into a screen.
I don’t think print is disappearing. If anything, I think its value is changing.
When we’re surrounded by an endless stream of digital content, something physical, considered and beautifully made can feel more meaningful.
Perhaps print is entering its own second chapter.
And that’s something I want to be part of.
